Each print is produced on demand by our partner fine art lab and ships within 3–5 business days of your order. Delivery times by region: UK & EU: 5–7 days, US & Canada: 7–10 days, Asia & Australia: 10–14 days, Rest of world: 10–14 days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your print leaves the lab. Free worldwide shipping included.

How is the print packaged?

Your print travels in a sturdy archival tube, protected and rolled with the printed side inward — flat, safe, and ready to frame on arrival. Tracked shipping worldwide via professional carriers. Whether your print is heading to a Parisian apartment or a Singapore loft, it arrives in pristine condition.

Print only vs. Black frame — which should I choose?

Print only — if you already have a frame in mind, want full creative control, or prefer using a local framer. Black frame premium — if you want to hang it the day it arrives. Pre-framed in matte black with archival glass, ready to mount. Both options use the same 300gsm archival fine art paper printed by our master lab.

How does the limited edition of 30 work?

Each artwork is a strict edition of 30 numbered prints, hand-signed by Laura. Once the 30th is sold, the edition closes forever — no reprints, no later additions. Your print arrives with a numbered certificate of authenticity registered to you.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged or with any quality issue, we replace it free, no questions asked. Just email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll handle it. For change-of-mind returns: because every print is produced on demand as part of a limited edition, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.

What's your return policy?

Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery — return shipping fully covered by us. We can't accept returns for change of mind because each print is a numbered limited edition produced on demand.
